Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) 76140

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8am - 7:30pm (8 hours shift required during this window, preference 8am-5pm)

Role Overview

You will manage the daily operations for a repair and quality assurance team processing a device backlog. This role serves as the main onsite contact for both the team and the client, focusing on operational oversight and team support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily repair and QA output, attendance, and shift coverage.
• Check the accuracy of paper tracking before it is handed off to the client's administrative staff.
• Assist technicians with difficult repairs and help train new team members.
• Report daily progress and any issues to client leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a senior technician, bench lead, or depot supervisor in a hardware repair environment.
• Hands-on repair experience with Dell, HPE, or Lenovo devices.
• Proven ability to lead a team in a production setting.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
