AI and Machine Learning Researcher

AI and machine learning researchers use their academic expertise to evaluate AI-generated content and develop expert training data that improves AI understanding of advanced computer science research and methodology. Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Create expert-level training data using knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and computer science research.
• Provide detailed feedback to support AI research teams working on cutting-edge CS and AI/ML topics.

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top 100 US university.
• Research background in machine learning or artificial intelligence, computer vision, natural language processing, neural and evolutionary computing, robotics, systems and control, or multiagent systems.
• Familiarity with arxiv.org, especially the Computing Research Repository (cs).
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and asynchronously with AI research teams.
• No previous AI project experience is required.

• Part-time, fully remote hourly contract engagement.
• Flexible, asynchronous schedule with no minimum hour requirement.
• Participants typically contribute about 5 to 20 hours per week while assigned to an active project.
• Placement is based on current project needs, and qualified applicants may be considered for future projects as they become available.

Up to $75/hr (depending on the project).

• F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility.
• If your school requires a CPT course, this engagement may not meet that requirement.
• STEM OPT is not supported.
