Clinic Director — Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

4 Days/Week | $90/Hour + Performance Bonuses | No Weekends

Gameday Men’s Health Northbay is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a Clinic Director across our established Northbay clinics.

This is a 4-day-per-week position offering $90/hour, performance-based bonuses, Mondays off, and no weekends or holidays . You’ll practice in a concierge, cash-pay setting with an established patient base, unhurried appointments, and the support to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

Our clinics are locally owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team committed to creating a positive, high-performing environment where providers feel supported, valued, and proud of the care they deliver.

Schedule

• 4 days per week, Tuesday through Friday
• 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Mondays off
• No weekends or holidays
• Consistent, predictable schedule
  

About the Role

As Clinic Director, you’ll provide direct patient care while helping maintain strong clinical standards, continuity of care, and an exceptional patient experience.

You’ll work with an established and growing patient base, providing consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing treatment in areas including:

• Testosterone and hormone optimization
• Medical weight loss
• Sexual health
• Peptide therapy
• PRP treatments
• Shockwave therapy
• Performance and wellness medicine
  

Because our clinics operate in a cash-pay, concierge setting, you’ll have the time and flexibility to educate patients, discuss treatment options thoroughly, and develop individualized care plans without the limitations of a traditional insurance-based practice.

The right provider will be clinically confident, comfortable guiding patients through treatment decisions, and interested in becoming a trusted leader within the practice.

As Gameday Men’s Health Northbay continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to take on expanded clinical leadership responsibilities over time.

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
• Confident discussing treatment options and recommending individualized care plans
• Comfortable practicing in a cash-pay, concierge environment
• Organized, dependable, and committed to continuity of care
• Engaged in the day-to-day success of the clinic and care team
• Interested in clinical leadership and maintaining high standards
• Experience in hormone therapy, men’s health, wellness, or medical weight loss is preferred but not required
