Job Summary
The Assistant to the Executive Director provides high-level administrative logistical and strategic support to ensure the efficient operation of River Islands Academies (RIA). Serving as the primary point of contact for the Executive Director this role requires a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced mission-driven and evolving school environment. Because this position routinely handles sensitive information the individual must exercise absolute confidentiality discretion and sound judgment. A high degree of flexibility is required to balance shifting priorities respond to unexpected campus needs and support a community-oriented organization culture under minimal supervision.
