Responsibilities Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards Work all café positions — our baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order Keep our spaces clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas Qualifications 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service Strong communicator with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Perks of the Buzz Life Free drinks & food on shift — fuel up with your favorite Buzz 35% discount on retail, food & drinks when off shift Opportunities for growth and a clear pathway for development Dedicated training with a certified Training Ambassador Paid sick time and competitive industry pay Fun, high‑energy environment surrounded by people who love what they do Compensation Base pay is $17.00 per hour. *In addition to base pay, our team members also receive tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour.
