HVAC Service Technician

Job Details Job Location: San Antonio, TX 78232 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Way Mechanical is a mechanical contractor located in San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, and North Carolina. We specialize in Emergency Services, Preventive Maintenance, and SOW projects. We are seeking a self‑motivated, skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Commercial Service and Maintenance group. Responsibilities Diagnose HVAC performance through observation, refrigeration, testing, and setup. Troubleshoot commercial equipment. Operate power tools, hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to perform service on the equipment. Track service‑related tasks, materials, and labor hours on company‑provided iPad. Communicate effectively with customers and management. Qualifications Preferred 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience. Preferred 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance/repair. Ability to follow a scope. Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must have a valid driver’s license in the state in which you are applying and a good driving record. Ability to understand the use of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools. Must have EPA certification. Benefits Competitive pay.
