Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Continental Division.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: PICU experience preferred. NICU experience preferred.

Unit Details: Uses Hamilton G5. Average workload is 30-40 points per shift. Administer treatments, ventilator set up, assist intubation, ABG, patient and staff education, and all RT therapies. Covers ED, pediatrics, ICU, NICU, and med-surg. RT plays a key role in NICU and ICU in terms of therapy and ventilator liberation. Autonomy required.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible scheduling.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
