Care Manager (CNA/HHA: Full-time 3pm-11pm)

Job Description Under the supervision of the Director of Health and Wellness, Care Managers provide personal care and support to residents in assisted living and/or memory care settings, helping them maintain dignity and quality of life. Schedule and Compensation 3 pm to 11 pm – 32–37.5 hour position (Assisted Living and/or Memory Care). Salary$20.00–$23.00 per hour. Responsibilities and Duties Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in the care plan. Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residents. Escort residents to meals, activities, and social events. Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, and groomed; provide assistance during shifts. Document all services provided and immediately report any change of condition to the supervisor. Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Experience working with elderly populations; dementia experience preferred. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell. Must lift or carry up to 50 lbs; proper body mechanics required.
