Harbor Dentistry is seeking a motivated and responsible Full-Time Front Desk Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. If you have excellent customer service skills, are fluent in both English and Spanish, and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Prior dental office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate! Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Manage patient records and assist with insurance verification Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish Assist with basic office administrative tasks as needed Support the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations Salary Range full-time $18 - $25 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
