Key Skills/Responsibilities Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction is memorable. Maintain a sharp appearance by following uniform and grooming standards, and commit to reliable attendance to support smooth hotel operations. Load and unload luggage, assist with check-ins and check-outs, escort guests to rooms, open and close cab doors, and deliver messages, packages, or flowers as needed. Stay updated on area attractions, events, and transportation options, provide maps and directions, and keep the lobby reader board and entrance area clean and welcoming. Keep the van clean inside and out, transport guests on scheduled runs, and showcase hotel rooms and amenities when requested. Support guest services by answering the console, helping with room changes, and jumping in for other duties as needed. Always follow company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient environment. Education & Experience High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred; hotel or related experience a plus. Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record required; at least one year of driving experience. Strong communication, quick decision-making, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
