Twenty-five years ago, I started my McDonald's journey as a Crew Member. Today, after working my way through the restaurant, learning every aspect of the business, and serving as a McDonald's Owner/Operator for the past seven years, I'm proud to lead a team that serves the Dayton community.

For more than 15 years, our restaurants have been serving local families, supporting our community, and creating opportunities for people to grow. I believe great people deserve great opportunities, and I know firsthand that a first job can become a career.

What You'll Do

As a Crew Team Member, you'll help create great experiences for our customers and support your fellow team members by:

• Greeting customers with a smile and providing friendly service
• Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing quality food and beverages
• Working together as a team to deliver fast, accurate service
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
• Creating a positive environment for customers and coworkers
