Material Handler / Warehouse Associate

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 6-Month Contract (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Material Handler/Warehouse Associate for a leading animal health company. This is a great opportunity for candidates with warehouse or manufacturing experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a full-time employee.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick customer orders using warehouse procedures.
Verify item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities.
Pack products into cartons, pallets, and shipping containers.
Prepare shipments while ensuring product protection.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
Rotate between warehouse duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
Basic computer skills.
Good attendance and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
