Plant HR & Payroll Generalist (Multi‑Site)
USTC Group
CM Biomass is seeking an HR Generalist in Houston to own payroll processing and day-to-day employee relations across U.S. manufacturing sites. You will be the primary contact for site-based employees, processing payroll accurately and supporting plant staff on the ground. This role partners with Corporate HR to cover all HR functions, implement policies, manage leaves, onboarding, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
