We are home to the only trauma center in New London and Windham counties and are the only area hospital with LIFE STAR helicopter services. Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related science field. Bachelors degree preferred.
• Three (3) years area technical experience with at least two (2) years with demonstrated leadership qualities.
• National Certification (ASCP) or equivalent in related area of oversight. MLS ASCP preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (e.g. email, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT)
• Effective communication skills, written, verbal and listening
• Ability to learn and/or be proficient in multiple department-specific functions, systems, and/or processes, if required.
• Ability to provide an outstanding customer service experience for patients and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments/department leaders/Administration.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities; ability to prioritize daily work.
• Ability to be flexible as required to adapt to laboratory needs.
