Patient CoordinatorWe are seeking a Patient Coordinator at our Pediatrics office to join our growing, group practice. The Patient Coordinator is an essential role on our administrative staff. They are responsible for ensuring patients are receiving an excellent experience from the initial phone call, to check-in and through check-out.Responsibilities:Managing telephone calls, scheduling patient appointments including gathering patient's insurance information and updating current infoEnsuring the next day's schedule is filled for the doctor and hygienist, utilizing various reportsReinforces the financial policy of the office and ensures payments are current.Checking in patients utilizing dental software and insuring proper paperwork given and filled out by patientsEnters transactions and posts payment at time of patient check-outMaintaining electronic records for patients
