Role highlights

• Multi-process welding: MIG, TIG, and stick across diverse metal types.
• Blueprint/schematic interpretation to plan sequence and achieve spec.
• In-process and final inspections to verify quality and tolerance.
• Equipment care—setup, calibration, and routine maintenance.
• Team-based execution to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and shop procedures.

Your background

• Proven welding experience in manufacturing or construction environments.
• Thorough understanding of common welding processes and safety practices.
• Skilled in reading technical drawings and work instructions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective at troubleshooting.
• Self-directed yet collaborative; dependable under schedule demands.
• Physically capable of performing welding tasks.
• Capable of passing a weld test.
