Store Manager In TrainingJob Category: Store Level PositionRequisition Number: STORE003222Posted: May 30, 2025Full-TimeOn-siteA 102496 Ada-OK, 2496 Highway 1W, Ada, OK 74820, USADescriptionEssential Functions: (other duties may be assigned)Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities;Scheduling employees for shifts;Resolving store issues including customer concerns;Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements;Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise;Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; andMonitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.Requirements: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)EducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperienceOne year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.CertificationSuccessful completion of required certification testing upon employment.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
