Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Santa Rosa, CA. Assignment length: 13 weeks

Shift: Days

Hours: 5 X 8

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or higher of Occupational Therapy
• OTR Certification (NBCOT)
• Occupational Therapy Assistant experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
