Overview

Minded is an outpatient therapy practice that offers individual, couples, and family therapy. We are expanding our therapy services to offering therapy groups and medication management.

We currently serve California, Wisconsin, Oregon, and Texas and are seeking dedicated licensed therapists to join our collaborative team! This position is a 1099 independent contractor position. The ideal candidate will possess clinical expertise and have a passion for treating mental health conditions through creative online practices. This role offers an opportunity to work autonomously from home while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes across diverse populations for adult and geriatric patients. EHR system, billing, liability insurance, CAQH account setup, weekly support meetings, and access to tools and resources are provided.

Duties

• Conduct diagnostic assessments utilizing DSM-5 standards.
• Provide psychotherapy and understand crisis triage if needed.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters.
• Willing to collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, options, and wellness strategies while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active LPCC, LCSW, LCSW licensure in California, Oregon, Wisconsin and or Texas.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and client-centered care
• Open to running online groups- Not required
• Comfortable with Video Conferencing/Teletherapy

Strongly Preferred:

• Training or Certification in at least one trauma–specific treatment modality or evidence-based treatment modality: CBT, DBT, SE (Somatic Experiencing), or EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
• Prior experience working with clients who have experienced trauma is highly valued.
• CAQH Registration

Average Pay: $110.00 per hour
