Schedule Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description The Medical-Surgical ICU is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide specialized care for critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in critical care nursing and will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatment to patients in accordance with established protocols. Monitor patient vital signs, assess patient conditions, and respond to changes in status. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families concerning health issues. Utilize advanced nursing skills within the Medical-Surgical ICU, including ventilator management, central line care, and emergency interventions. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of two years of experience in a Medical-Surgical ICU setting is preferred. Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications are required. Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory. Travel experience is preferred. California or compact RN license must be held at the time of submission.
