Supporting the Public Sector customer base, the full-time remote Sales Engineer - Public Sector will develop IoT solutions for essential industries, manage customer engagements, and provide technical expertise to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Champion Samsara's cultural principles while delivering technical solutions to customers Become an expert on Samsara products and articulate their value to prospects Facilitate hardware installations and develop deployment plans for customers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, customer success, or customer/product support Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems Experience with cloud software, cloud-connected hardware, and business systems integration
