What You'll Do- Recruit and interview qualified candidates
- Fill job openings for local businesses
- Source talent through job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct screenings, reference checks, and onboarding activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and job seekers
- Match candidates with opportunities that fit their skills and career goals
- Help drive office growth through placements and outstanding customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM
- Comfortable using social media for recruiting
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience is a plus
