Shift & PayMonday - Friday
⏰ 6:00AM to 2:00PM (Overtime as needed)
$16.85 per hour
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Associate, you will:
- Operate and monitor 500-1500 ton injection molding equipment
- Start up and shut down production equipment safely
- Assist with workflow setup to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Use testing equipment, gauges, and measuring tools to ensure product quality
- Load and unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies
- Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications
- Mark and identify finished parts
- Assist with machine changeovers as needed
- Record production and quality data accurately
- Follow written instructions and supervisor direction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as required
- Meet production and quality standards
- Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude
