Minimum Requirements
Associate‘s, Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (Client requires at least an Associate degree.)
Active Michigan Physical Therapy license or compact privilege if applicable prior to start.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Home health experience preferred. (Preferred)
Experience managing caseloads independently and conducting skilled evaluations and plan of care in outpatient or home health settings preferred. (Preferred)
