We are looking for an energetic, reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to our recipes, and maintaining a clean, efficient station during busy service hours.. . Key Responsibilities. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prep ingredients before service.. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely output and consistent quality.. . Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.. . Ensure proper food handling, labeling, storage, and rotation (FIFO).. . Execute orders accurately and perfori well under pressure during peak rush hours.. Assist with breakdown, deep cleaning, and restocking at the end of the shift.. . Qualifications & Requirements. Experience: 1+ years of line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.. . Skills: Strong knife skills, thorough knowledge of basic cooking techniques, and ability to follow recipes accurately.. . Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended shifts (8–10+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.. . Mindset: Strong team player, highly punctual, with excellent communication and organizational skills.. .
