Salary: $67,000–$74,000 (DOE)**

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/LD) to join a 143-bed Long-Term Care facility in Montgomery, AL. This role focuses on delivering resident-centered nutrition care through assessments, care planning, therapeutic diet management, weight monitoring, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments.
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Monitor resident weights and nutrition interventions.
• Manage therapeutic diets and resident-centered dining.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and dietary services.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning.

Qualifications;

• Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.
• Alabama Dietitian License (LD) or eligibility.
• Clinical nutrition experience required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to high-quality resident care.
