Associate Banker

Job Overview As an Associate Banker, you will support clients by introducing them to new products, processing account transactions, and meeting sales and service goals. You will work independently, adhere to guidelines, and assist other departments as needed. Responsibilities Work as an individual contributor at a steady pace with minimal dependence on teammates. Operate within a role that has clear direction, established processes, and expectations. Provide support and service to others in a non-competitive environment. Deliver detailed and accurate work by adhering to guidelines. Participate in maintaining guidelines, structure, and policies. Assist clients with new products, services, and digital solutions. Process account transactions and meet banking center goals. Collaborate with other departments and maintain rapport with clients and associates. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Desired Skills Previous banking, cash handling, or financial service experience. 6+ months of successful sales experience. Bilingual language skills. Passionate and motivated self-starter. Passion for educating clients on bank products and digital technologies. Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately. Logical thinking and sound decision making. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with multiple computer and software systems. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cashback and percentages. Work Environment Committed to meritocracy and supporting associates in growth. Tasks may require grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and raising hands and arms overhead. May require overtime up to 5% and flexible scheduling as business needs. Incentive and Benefits This role is eligible to participate in a scorecard-based incentive plan that can significantly increase overall compensation.
