Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-skilled trade professionals. Source candidates through job boards, social media, trade schools, career fairs, and industry networks. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified trade candidates to meet client needs. Client & Candidate Relationship Management Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce demands and job requirements. Act as a consultant to clients, advising on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices. Build strong relationships with candidates, providing career coaching, resume guidance, and interview preparation. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Process & Compliance Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to placement and post-hire follow-up. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Work collaboratively with HR and operations teams to support workforce planning initiatives. Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of recruiting experience in skilled trades, industrial, or manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of skilled trades roles, certifications, and industry-specific hiring challenges. Experience with ATS platforms, Indeed, Social Media, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
