Branch Manager Trainee

Job Purpose The Branch Manager Trainee position assists the Branch Manager in learning consumer finance, RMC business practices, and preparing to manage a branch office, including training on people management. Duties and Responsibilities Complete a 15-month technical and soft skill training program to prepare for a Branch Manager role. Act as a subject matter expert on RMC personal loan products and present loan solutions to customers. Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase branch loan portfolio and profitability. Establish and build customer relationships through exceptional service. Use RMC account management practices to assist delinquent customers. Transport money and deposits to and from bank locations. Attend required in‑person training at off‑site locations. Complete weekly progress reports and collaborate with management to set and track goals. Report, manage, and maintain branch standards related to delinquency. Receive, track, and post all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company Policy. Close loans as directed by the manager. Manage branch‑to‑customer communications via mail. Process loan product applications. Ensure proper open and close procedures are completed daily for the branch. Assist in developing and maintaining business‑to‑business contacts. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
