At Pizza Ranch, pizza is more than what's on the buffet-it's one of the biggest parts of creating a Legendary Experience for our guests!

We're looking for a dependable, energetic Back of House Team Member - Pizza Cook who takes pride in making great food, working hard, and being part of an awesome team.

As a Pizza Cook, you'll be responsible for making sure our guests receive fresh, hot, delicious pizza whether they're enjoying our buffet, placing a carryout order, or requesting their favorite pizza.
? What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook Pizza Ranch pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards.
• Make pizzas from start to finish, including saucing, cheesing, topping, baking, cutting, and serving.
• Keep the buffet stocked with a great variety of fresh, hot pizzas .
• Prepare Guest Request Pizzas and make sure they're delivered to the guest fresh from the oven.
• Monitor the buffet and anticipate what pizzas will be needed before we run out.
• Prepare carryout, delivery, and special orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe pizza station.
• Complete prep, dishes, cleaning, equipment care, and closing responsibilities.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature requirements.
• Communicate with Front of House and Back of House team members to keep everything running smoothly.
• Jump in and help teammates wherever needed.

Responsibilities:

All our Crew Members are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants. There are two ways to become a Pizza Ranch Crew Member. You can apply for either a Front of the House (Dining Room), or Back of the House (Kitchen). The responsibilities below will give you a general idea of the types of activities involved in both of these departments.

Back of House Support Duties -Food Preparation and Safety, Processing Orders, Pizza, Chicken, Dish Room order and cleanliness, Out the Door Order coordination Could include, some, all or none of the duties.

The exact position will be determined post interview.

Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:

• Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift.
• Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
• Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
• Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
• Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
