Overview We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic CNAs to join our fast‑growing team. We provide care for patients in the Canyon Utah Home Care & Hospice setting and value positive interactions with patients and their families. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities, personal care, and some light housekeeping. Consistently interact positively with patients and their families. Qualifications Current state CNA and CPR certification. Own reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance. Ready to pass a background check. Preferred: Prior experience in Home Health and/or Hospice. Self‑motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Good communication with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel and agencies. Detail‑ and goal‑oriented.
