What You Will Do
- Assess new residents and develop care plan. Update therapy plans based on their recovery, safety needs, and goals.
- Work with residents on daily living skills like dressing, bathing, grooming, and eating so they can be as independent as possible.
- Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the clinical team.
What We Are Looking For
- Active and clear OT license in the State of Florida
- A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
