Logistics Specialist

The employee will manage the day-to-day administrative functions related to shipment coordination and traffic system. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing shipments from initiation to completion and record on the systems
• Booking shipments with carriers and coordinating pickups and deliveries as needed
• Supporting cargo claims through documentation, customer updates, and issue resolution
• Creating, updating, and maintaining work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support other logistics and administrative functions as assigned.

Minimum Competency Requirements These are the minimum requirements needed to perform the job competently. Competency Element Minimum Requirement Education High School Diploma required. Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant Work Experience 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, shipping/receiving, or a related field. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Job / Process Knowledge Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills. Knowledge of compliance requirements for international shipments.
