Field Service Technician

We're looking for a Field Tech II to join our team.The IT Field Technician will provide onsite technical support for a national home improvement retail client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT work, troubleshooting, and working in a fast-paced field environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite support for IT equipment including POS systems, desktops, printers, thin clients, access points, and network devicesTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesPerform installations, upgrades, and break/fix supportSupport copper and fiber cabling, including basic terminationsDocument all work, updates, and resolutions in ticketing systemsTravel daily within a 125+ mile radius (route-based travel)Work with remote teams to resolve escalated technical issuesOccasionally work at heights (20–25 feet) and lift up to 25 lbsQualifications1+ year of IT technical support or field technician experienceCompTIA A+ (required), Network+ preferredExperience with Windows, macOS, or Linux environmentsFamiliarity with networking fundamentals and IT hardwareExperience with cabling (copper/fiber) is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license requiredWage Range: The hourly rate for this position is between $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher.
