Customer Service Agent

Job Location: Flow CRC - Winston Salem, NC 27103 What You’ll Do: Provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels (inbound/outbound calls, chat, text, email) Call Flow customers to update them on current recalls, retention offers, and service repair contract options Set high-quality appointments for service visits Use CRM and telephony systems to call and text customers Collaborate with dealership staff, brand partners, and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets Work on‑site in our office (not a hybrid or remote position) Who We’re Looking For: A positive, goal‑oriented work ethic with a desire to grow earnings through performance Ability to think critically and match products or services to customer needs Team player with a professional presence and proactive attitude No automotive experience required – we train for success!
