Position: LPN
Locations : Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens & Bronx
Shifts : Day Shifts - 3x12 or 5x8
Pay Rate :$32

*New Grads Welcomed!

Overview : LPN will provide healthcare services to developmentally disabled individuals residing in permanent supportive housing residence.

Requirements :

NYS Licensed Practical Nurse
High School Diploma
CPR/BLS Certification
Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination

Responsibilities :

Provide medication management to individuals
Conduct health assessment and counseling to promote recovery, wellness, and optimal health.
