Business development coordinator

Our fast-growing chiropractic practice is looking for a proactive, energetic Business Development Coordinator to serve as the face of our practice in the local area. In this dynamic, part-time role, you will focus on building strategic relationships with local businesses, organizing community events, and driving practice growth through authentic face-to-face outreach. This is strictly a field-based community role-not a digital or social media marketing position.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and cultivate strategic partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and key stakeholders to drive brand awareness and office referrals.
• Organize and facilitate local pop-ups, workshops, and promotional events within the immediate geographic area.
• Coordinate the distribution of physical marketing collateral, promotional materials, and co-branded flyers to partner locations.
• Track, record, and report on outreach activities, new lead contacts, and community engagement metrics to measure program effectiveness.
• Brainstorm and test creative, low-cost community engagement strategies tailored specifically to the local market demographic.
