The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a Mid-LevelTraining Specialist to presentOpen SourceIntelligence (OSINT) training and tradecraft instruction for DIA/NDOC and potentially the DIE stakeholders and our FVEY partners.The ideal candidate will bringstrongcommunicationskills, sound judgement, and the ability to?operate?effectively in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.?This position will belocatedat one of our customer sites in Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; or Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.

Responsibilities Include:

• Execute allfacetsof the trainingpreparation and presentationfor various training types, including instructor-led courses, web-based and online training, blended learning, and performance support.

• Conduct needs assessments and training needs analyses, includinggaps, contextual, and root-cause analyses.

• Selectand recommend innovative instructional and learning strategies and associatedtechnologies tooptimizelearning and achieve learningobjectives.

• Create and conduct training evaluations, both formative and summative, across all levels for maximum impact.

• Work in conjunction with the NOSC and DOSC combined subcommittee on Training and Tradecraft to develop and implement tradecraft notes.

• Recommendadditionalcourse modules or updates based onstudent feedback,evolving threats, changing operational environment of the internet, new missions, or other customer requirements.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

• U.S. Citizenship required per program requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or additional years of experience in lieu of degree are acceptable.

• Four years of experience developing and presenting OSINT training with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

• Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the field will be considered.

• Bachelor's degree or a total of 7 years of experience developing and presenting OSINT training.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

• Training/teaching certification

• Proficiency?with OSINT tools, platforms, and analytic techniques.??

• OSINT certification?(for example EOSINT USMC, OS301 or OS302 Army, ONI OSINT Fundamentals, DIA BOTC, NGA OSINT, SOCOM NERD).??

• Experience working with eLearning and online training platforms, such as AGILE and BLACKBOARD.

• Prior experience with customer,DoWstakeholders or IC.

• Prior experience working with FVEY partners.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
