Maintains a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume to keep the store operating to Earthbar standard. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customer cues. Delivers exceptional customer service to all customers; responds to customer needs in a timely manner. Follows Earthbar operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety, security, and ensures the safety of all members during each shift. Maintains a clean and organized workspace. Provides quality beverages consistently by adhering to all recipes. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Service Excellence Demonstrate world‑class hospitality (GREET, RESPECT, EXPLAIN, ADD‑ONS, THANK). Ensure speed of service with accurate and timely orders (5‑8 minutes). Contribute to team and guest positive culture. Demonstrate professional communication by reading verbal and non‑verbal cues. Obtain and demonstrate retail supplement education and product knowledge. Upsell product (recommend boosts and items that compliment). Demonstrate and communicate company core values. Answer phones with proper etiquette (expectation before 2 rings). Adaptability in team dynamic and customer‑facing environment. Sample in‑store daily and at specified events. Review communication board for daily education, insights, and goals. Consistently demonstrate calm demeanor in fast‑paced environment. Learn and grow mindset by treating mistakes as learning opportunities. Operational Excellence Complete daily opening and closing checklist and tasks. Prepare food and beverages per guide recipes and standards. Ensure correct measurements when following recipes. Complete tasks in a timely manner as designated by management. Stock incoming orders and merchandise product accordingly. Fill out waste log and other tracking documents. Wash blenders and kitchen utensils. Taking timely duty‑free meals and rest breaks. Proactively communicate to management if product is running low. Comfortable with noise from equipment. Fulfill third‑party and online orders accurately and timely. Follow daily and weekly deep cleaning calendar in store. Contribute feedback for closing manager reports each day. Proficiency in technology and POS systems. Possess Food Handlers Certification if required. Check expiration on made‑to‑order and retail product daily. Practice FIFO product handling. Follow all safety and health guidelines. Conduct sampling events. Leadership Competencies Action Oriented Resilient Self‑Awareness Guest Focused Interpersonal Skills Qualifications Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge. 1–2 years experience in a food/beverage environment making smoothies or specialized beverages, or retail/hospitality experience. Barista, nutrition, or culinary education is a plus. Must have or obtain a Food Handlers License prior to employment. Shifts Part‑time/Full‑time Hours vary Monday–Sunday, early morning to evening shifts. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical Requirements The physical demands described represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
