Employment Type: PRN
Special Skills/Knowledge Required : Ability to make home visits; electronic medical record experience; timely completion of documentation; experience with psychotropic medications; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Primary Functions of job :
- Medication management for adults with serious mental illness.
- Provide education and training about medications.
- Monitoring medication adherence.
- Timely documentation of services provided.
Shift/Days & Work Hours : Varied days and hours based upon client referrals. Flexible scheduling
