Part-Time Paramedic

Seeking a PRN EMT with Paramedic certification to provide advanced emergency medical services. Responsibilities include administering ALS care, conducting triage, and facilitating critical care transportation to healthcare facilities. The role involves assisting emergency department staff, performing invasive and noninvasive procedures, and administering medications as directed. Special duties include planning and providing care for patients affected by environmental hazards such as nuclear, chemical, or biological threats . Additionally, the EMT may assist with security tasks, verifying hospital entrances and supporting law enforcement if needed . Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of applicable experience valid driver's license (KS) certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS be a licensed Paramedic in Kansas and possess strong emergency care skills, the ability to work under arduous conditions, and excellent judgment .
