We are looking for an exceptional bilingual Sales Leader who is passionate about developing people, driving results, and building winning teams. This is not a maintenance management position. Insurance experience is preferred but not required. We can teach insurance. We cannot teach leadership, sales excellence, work ethic, and the desire to build high performing teams. Who We're Looking For You are someone who naturally earns respect, leads by example, and knows how to motivate others to achieve results. You have a proven history of increasing sales, coaching employees, implementing systems, and holding teams accountable while creating a positive and winning culture. If people consistently perform better because of your leadership, we want to meet you. What You'll Do Recruit, train, develop, and retain top sales talent. Lead multiple sales offices while creating a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Coach managers and producers to consistently exceed production goals. Develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and customer retention. Implement proven sales systems, operational processes, and performance standards. Monitor key performance indicators and use data to improve results. Conduct regular coaching sessions, office visits, and performance reviews. Collaborate with executive leadership to drive company initiatives and long term growth. Ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with company standards. Training and Leadership Development Your success is our investment. You will receive structured onboarding and hands on training in our sales process, leadership systems, insurance operations, and performance management. You'll also have ongoing access to FIG University, our internal leadership and professional development program, designed to help you continue growing throughout your career. As you continue demonstrating success, you will progressively assume many of the strategic leadership responsibilities currently managed by our executive sales team, including: District sales performance. Leadership development. Sales training and coaching. Operational execution. Process improvement. Strategic growth initiatives. This position offers substantial long term advancement opportunities for individuals who consistently produce results and develop successful teams. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of advanced sales experience with a proven history of exceeding goals. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience involving coaching, mentoring, training, or managing sales professionals. Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and relationship building skills. Demonstrated ability to develop people and improve team performance. Experience implementing systems, processes, and accountability. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Highly organized with exceptional discipline, professionalism, and ownership. Auto insurance experience is preferred but not required. Compensation Base Salary: $5,000 to $6,000 per month. Plus monthly commissions and aggressive performance bonuses.
