Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) examinations while ensuring patient safety, delivering exceptional patient care, and collaborating with the radiology team in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to physician orders and established imaging protocols.
Prepare, position, and educate patients for CT procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
Operate CT imaging equipment and maintain high-quality diagnostic images.
Administer contrast media when appropriate and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection prevention protocols.
Accurately document procedures and patient information in the electronic medical record.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
Maintain equipment quality control and report any operational issues promptly.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience required.
ARRT (CT) certification required.
Previous travel experience required. First-time travelers will only be considered with 3+ years of recent CT experience.
Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety.
Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
Scheduling Expectations
Night Shift: Sunday through Wednesday.
7:30 PM – 6:00 AM (4 x 10-hour shifts).
Schedule may be adjusted based on departmental needs.
Block scheduling is not available.
Assignment Requirements
Travelers must reside more than 100 miles from the assignment location to qualify.
All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application.
Valid driver's license is required with the submission.
Candidates must meet all compliance requirements before the assignment begins.
COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
Current influenza vaccination is required with no exemptions.
