Pay: $21–$22/hour Location: Westborough, MA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:0 AM–5:00 PM Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite, 5 days/week, with potential for 1 day remote depending on business needs Position Overview The Retail Licensing Coordinator will support the Licensing & Compliance team with obtaining and maintaining regulatory licenses required for retail operations across various U.S. jurisdictions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare, file, and maintain regulatory submissions, including license applications and renewals. Maintain internal systems, records, and databases. Provide general administrative support, including filing, mailing, copying, and document organization. Research regulatory requirements and determine appropriate licensing actions. Collaborate with internal departments and government agencies as needed. Support various licensing, regulatory, and compliance projects. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure deadlines are met. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in a business office or retail environment; 3–5 years preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
