Role Description The Real Estate Agent is a contract role responsible for representing buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout the MS Gulf Coast. This hybrid position is based in Ocean Springs, MS, with a mix of in-office, on-site property visits, and some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and client communication tasks. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers and contracts, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The Real Estate Agent will maintain market knowledge, provide timely and accurate information to clients, and collaborate with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and upholding all legal and ethical standards in real estate practice. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices and Real Property regulations. Strong Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and manage a client pipeline effectively. Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and a client-focused approach. Knowledge of the MS Gulf Coast real estate market and the ability to analyze local trends and property values. Ability to work independently in a contract role, manage a flexible schedule, and balance in‑person and remote work. Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic office software. Reliable transportation for property showings and client meetings in and around Ocean Springs, MS.
