In This Role You Will: Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents’ health status Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the healthcare teamCollaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop effective care plans Coordinate and oversee resident care and services within the nursing department Provide health education and support to residents and families Promote independence, dignity, respect, and resident safety Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff and team members Shift Details: Night Shift Who You Are: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills CPR and other relevant certifications as required Knowledge of geriatric nursing principles Preferred Qualifications: Experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare environments Four Seasons is an equal opportunity employer.
