Fleet Sales Representative – Mobile Fleet Maintenance & Repair
DuraFleet Irving | DuraFleet Dallas
$45,000 – $50,000 Base · Uncapped Commission on Gross Profit · Full-Time, W-2, Field-Based

The Role

DuraFleet brings the repair shop to the customer. Our technicians perform Preventative Maintenance, DOT inspections, diagnostics, and repairs at the customer's yard or roadside, so fleets stay on the road and out of the shop.

Two locally owned DuraFleet franchises, DuraFleet Irving and DuraFleet Dallas, are hiring one shared sales rep to build new commercial fleet accounts across both territories. This is the first dedicated sales hire for both businesses. You will work directly with ownership and help build the sales process from day one.

Your Territories

• DuraFleet Irving: Irving, Arlington, Grand Prairie, and the Mid-Cities
• DuraFleet Dallas: Central Dallas and Park Cities, Richardson, West Dallas / Love Field, and South Dallas / Balch Springs / Hutchins

How the Two-Territory Role Works

• One Manager: You report to one manager, who runs your weekly 1:1 and is your single point of contact.
• Split Time: Roughly 50/50 between territories on a set weekly schedule, reviewed quarterly.
• Clear Account Ownership: Every account is assigned to a territory before a quote goes out, so you always know where your commission comes from.

What You Will Do

• Prospect fleets of 5+ vehicles through calls, in-person visits, and referrals in both territories
• Run discovery meetings with fleet, maintenance, and operations managers and owners
• Build proposals with ownership and close Preventative Maintenance agreements and repair work
• Set up new customers, vehicles, and Preventative Maintenance plans in our shop system
• Onboard every new account using our customer onboarding playbook, then grow it with additional services
• Log every call, meeting, and deal in HubSpot and report your pipeline weekly

Target Customers: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, landscaping, trucking and logistics, distribution, moving, construction, municipalities, and any business running anything from service vans to Class 8 tractors and trailers.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales with a track record of building a territory
• Fleet, trucking, automotive, diesel, equipment, or service-industry sales experience preferred
• Experience selling recurring services, using HubSpot or a similar CRM, and comfort learning shop software
• Existing DFW fleet relationships a plus
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and personal auto insurance

Compensation and Benefits

• Base: $45,000 – $50,000, based on experience
• Commission: Uncapped, paid monthly on collected gross profit from new accounts you win in either territory
• Ramp: Guaranteed minimum commission for your first 90 days
• Benefits: PTO, business fuel reimbursement, uniforms, and CRM and prospecting tools
• Growth: A path to Sales Manager or Account Manager as both businesses grow

Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends.
