Maintenance Technician/Mechanic

Tasks:
1. Read work orders to determine all items necessary for the given job.
2. Prepare necessary tools/attachments.
3. Select the correct film for the given job.
4. Perform job setup per the given procedures.
5. Verify first bad meet job specifications.
6. Make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal speeds.
7. Make roll changes when necessary.
8. Monitor machine speed to meet requirements.
9. Wear the proper safety equipment

Responsible for:
1. Optimizing product quality
2. Equipment Care
3. Maintaining Productivity
4. Troubleshoot any quality issue/ all production equipment
