Senior Financial Analyst POST NUMBER: 481012

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and help drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders and provides critical financial insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a proactive, collaborative approach. They will work closely with leaders and other key functions to translate business objectives into actionable financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for assigned business areas.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support investment decisions, resource allocation, and business performance evaluation.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level insights.
• Partner with functional leadership teams to understand business drivers, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that improve financial outcomes.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and other key performance indicators to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
• Support business case development for new products, programs, capital investments, and growth initiatives.
• Improve financial processes, reporting tools, and data integrity to enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and business execution.
• Contribute to the development of scalable reporting frameworks and performance metrics that enable operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related disciplines.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience working with enterprise resource planning systems, including SAP; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
