Are you the go-to problem solver for molding presses?

If your first move is to ask the right questions and run PDCA when a line stops, you’ll thrive here. We’re looking for a hands-on technologist who pairs diagnostics with decisive repairs across presses, auxiliaries, and automation.

• Can you isolate the root cause behind intermittent faults using visual, auditory, and measurement cues?
• Will you lead preventive maintenance that prevents the next failure—mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic?
• Are you comfortable dismantling subassemblies, gauging wear or misalignment, and rebuilding to spec?
• Could you trace a hydraulic or air leak, then cut, thread, and install new lines with confidence?
• Do you restart equipment, validate performance, and release it only after confirming the repair?
• Will you repair components in-house when feasible or source replacements quickly?
• Can you maintain automation cells, robotics, material handling systems, and supporting equipment?
• Will you keep facilities and critical manufacturing controls in top condition?
• Do you perform and document safety inspections and adhere to all safety practices?
• Can you flag hazards early and recommend corrective actions that protect people and assets?
• Are you diligent about documenting PMs, repairs, findings, and results?
• Will you assist with maintenance for tooling and production equipment so it’s ready for use?
• Do you enjoy coaching other technicians and sharing know-how?
• Can we count on you to show up reliably, on time, ready to work—and pitch in wherever needed?

• Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Pneumatics know-how, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Hydraulics experience with components and system-level diagnostics.
• Industrial electrical systems experience.
• Hands-on background with injection molding machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• HVAC and facility control systems.
• Press platforms: Toshiba, Arburg, Engel, Nissei, Sumitomo.
• Power tools, precision tools, and test equipment.
• ERP software for tracking work and parts.
• Industrial robots and custom automation cells.
